I ordered two custom blue sapphires to use as side stones for my engagement ring. I specifically asked for stones that were the same colour and got the answer that it was possible to make them from the crystal I chose. Thus I placed an order and was super excited when the package arrived. However, my disappointment was immens as it turned out that the colour of the stones were quite different from eachother. Unfortunately I can't use them as my sidestones because it will ruin the symmetry of the ring. If I had been told that it would be difficult or impossible to achive what I asked for I would not have placed the order or have chosen a different crystal. Everything about the experience and communication was excellent, except for the colour difference in the end product. Beautiful cut and great craftsmanship, but in the end not what was promised or asked for. Hopefully I can find a use for the stones in the future.
