-International secure shipping: €50

Import duties and taxes are not included. If applicable, they must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

United States: two shipping options

 -DAP shipping: €50

Import duties and taxes are not included and will be charged directly to the recipient by FedEx.

 -DDP shipping: from €65

All import duties and import taxes are included. No additional import fees will be requested upon delivery. The exact DDP shipping rate depends on the order value and is displayed at checkout.

Secure delivery

All orders are shipped with tracking, declared value and insurance. Signature may be required upon delivery.

Orders are shipped through Colissimo and its international delivery partners, including FedEx for eligible destinations.

In-stock items are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and customs processing.

For particularly valuable gemstones or jewelry, a specialized secure carrier may be used after payment confirmation.

Customs and delivery responsibility

For DAP shipments, all customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are determined by the destination country and cannot be predicted or controlled by Geindreau’S GemstoneS.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and email address to avoid customs or delivery delays.

If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, the original shipping cost and any return or customs charges may be deducted from the refund.
